undertaken by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council,
to protect this historic assett. 
We hope to reopen early September. In the meantime, if you

Research

The Mornington & District History holds a comprehensive collection of records on various aspects of the history of Mornington and surrounding area including an extensive selection of local history photographs.

Currently we are transferring copies of fifty years of The Peninsula Post onto a database. The years from 1914 to 1952 are completed and available for research.

Research fee is $20.00 per hour
plus photocopying costs of 20 cents per page.
